Core Responsibilities
- Support Chief Growth Officer in framing business problems; finding and analyzing relevant data to solve strategic business issues
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research and analysis necessary in developing recommendations for Management Team
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Act as a PMO for high-priority initiatives – mobilizing and coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Collaborative: Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve effective results
- Prioritized Impact: Create and maintain a prioritized workflow specifying context, decisions, timelines, and an evaluation of effort/impact
- Obsession: Champion the brand’s vision, translating it into a metric-driven product/growth strategy
- Movement: Facilitate regular scrum planning meetings to achieve progress, impact and alignment
Requirements
- Experience: +5 years’ experience in project management positions with a proven track record
- Bias for action: Familiar with effective organizational approaches needed to get things done in a collaborative, lean and fast-moving environment.
- Compartmentalization: A knack for making the complex simple, synthesizing multiple ideas into one clear bold statement or recommendation, and converting insight into opportunity
- In-Control: Under pressure, you’re cool as a cucumber. Especially when working with multiple stakeholders and in a fast-paced environment to deliver results.
