Core Responsibilities:
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Resource planning and allocation
- Tracking project performance
- Oversee contractor bidding process and keep project on target budget
- Creating effective system to keep track project progress
- Make sure 100% project done by deadlineÂ
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree’s from Civil Engineering or Architecture is more preferred
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in related industry (Retail or Food and Beverages)
- Excellence Communication & negotiation skills
- Solid technical background and managerial skills
- Excellence in project management skills (Budgeting and managing project timelines)
